Olly and Amber Tait purchase the Cootamundra property from Darley, relocating from the UK with their three children, Rupert, Freddy and Daisy. They return the stud to its original name, Twin Hills, and begin a wide-ranging thoroughbred breeding business, standing stallions and raising horses for the sales ring and the racetrack, both in their own right and for clients.
