Olly Tait begins working for Sheikh Mohammed’s Darley, initially based at Dalham Hall Stud in the UK. During a 15-year career with the company, his roles included founding the Australian wing of the stud group, running the Kentucky-based US division and radically expanding the Japanese breeding and racing business, before returning to Newmarket as the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer.
